Precautions
- Before running the shuttle for the first time, we need to check the equipment and let it run idling today to see if there is any abnormal noise. If so, it is necessary to stop the operation of the machine immediately, and it can be put into use only when the parameters of the machine are normal.
- Check whether there are oil stains on the running track of the shuttle, because oil stains on the track will affect the normal operation of the equipment and even cause damage to the machine to a certain extent.
- When the shuttle is in actual operation, personnel cannot enter its working area, especially near the track of the shuttle, and it is strictly forbidden to approach it. If you have to approach, you need to close the shuttle and stop the operation of the machine, so as to ensure the safety of related personnel.
Daily maintenance
- Regularly clean the dust and debris of the shuttle body to keep it clean and hygienic.
- Regularly check whether the sensors on the car can work normally, including mechanical anti-collision sensors, obstacle sensors, and path detection sensors. It is recommended to check at least once a week.
- Check the antenna communication regularly to keep the communication normal.
- It is strictly forbidden to get in the rain or touch corrosive objects.
- Regularly clean the transmission mechanism of the driving wheel and add lubricating oil. It is recommended to at least once a month.
- Turn off the power during holidays.
